Customer Satisfaction

Newegg is obsessed with total customer satisfaction! We're looking for sellers who strive for that same level of excellence and who demonstrate it with every sale they make. Newegg expects our sellers to provide the highest level of support and to have a dedicated point of contact for our customers. Responses to all customer service inquiries must be made within one business day.

Please be advised that in the event a customer is dissatisfied with his/her Newegg Marketplace transaction, Newegg reserves the right to make discretionary concessions to resolve the matter and seek reimbursement from the seller, depending on the transaction.

Shipping

Newegg is known for our speedy order processing and shipping--we ship 100% of our orders within 72 business hours. As a condition of selling on Newegg, our sellers are also expected to ship products within 72 business hours of order confirmation. Newegg systems will automatically void orders if tracking numbers are not uploaded within that timeframe.

Warranty and RMA

Newegg’s standard return policy offers our customers a 30-day refund or replacement period. RMAs are also generally processed within 72 hours of receipt of the product, provided the RMA request conforms to our requirements. Newegg expects and requires sellers to maintain similar policies to meet our customers’ expectations.

Content

Our content expectations for Marketplace sellers are covered in our content policy. All Marketplace sellers are required to adhere to our content policy. The content policy covers subject matter such as erroneous information, offensive content, prohibited items, miscategorization, and item description requirements. It also specifies the criteria to follow, mistakes to avoid, examples that clarify the policy, and sanctions that may be imposed. We expect all our sellers to be fully compliant with our content policy when their SKUs become live on Newegg’s website.
